Artist's commentary
Many Historians would look back upon the formation of the Occult Research Division during the Last War with confusion, questioning it's purpose and legitimacy to this very day. And yet no one questioned the Heir of house Gremory eloping with The Great Kaiser as one of his wives. No one would question the storm that had wiped out multiple militias of enemy combatants. No one would question the "development" of Nekomatas for companionship.
The Earth had been conquered and united by the White Man, why should Hell be any different?
