Dick Grayson (despite being pretty consistently depicted as tanned at most in the comics) is of Romani descent on his mother's side (I think, it might be both parents, but I'm unclear) and as a result is quite often depicted as being way browner than he's ever canonically been by fan artists. In fact, I think the first actually White Robin was Tim Drake, since there's a fairly strong possibility that Jason Todd is of either Mexican or Asian descent (depending on the evidence you're looking at and your opinion of fanon).
